Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Raw Cashews (soaked in hot water 30 minutes, or overnight in cool water)
  • 2/3 Cup Unsweetened Oat Milk
  • 1 Tbsp. Lemon Juice
  • 2 cloves Garlic, peeled and minced (about 2 tsp)
  • 1/2 tsp. Sea Salt plus more to taste if desired
  • 1/2 tsp. Black Pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. Onion Powder
  • 1 1/2 tsp. Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1/2-1 tsp. Maple Syrup (or other sweetener of choice to taste)
  • More Oat Milk, Lemon Juice or Water to thin if necessary
  • 1/4 Cup of any combination of finely chopped Dill, Chives and Parsley

Directions

  1. In a food processor or blender, combine all the ingredients except the herbs and blend until smooth.
  2. Fold in the herbs and serve.
