Ingredients

  • 1 Pound Fresh or Frozen Cranberries
  • 1/2 Cup Orange Juice
  • 1 tsp. Orange Zest
  • 2 tsp. grated Ginger Root
  • 2 Tbsp. Maple Syrup
  • 1/4 tsp. Black Pepper
  • Pinch of Salt

Directions

  1. In a saucepot, combine all of the ingredients and bring to a boil. Reduce immediately to a simmer and cook for 20 minutes.
