Ingredients

  • 1 Head of Cauliflower, cut into florets (about 8 Cups)
  • 5 Tbsp. Olive Oil, divided
  • 2 Tbsp. Almond Flour
  • 1 tsp. Onion Powder
  • 1/2 tsp. Salt
  • 6 Tbsp. Frank's Hot Sauce
  • Carrots, Celery, and Ranch Dressing (Try our No Oil Ranch Dressing, recipe in Notes below)

Directions

  1. Cut and discard the outer leaves and cut the cauliflower into florets. In a medium mixing bowl, mix the florets with 1 Tbsp. of olive oil and coat them with the almond flour.
  2. Preheat the air fryer to 360°F (180°C).
  3. When the air fryer is ready, shake off any excess flour from the florets, place them in the basket, and set the timer for 6 minutes. Meanwhile, combine the remaining 4 Tbps of olive oil, onion powder, salt, and Frank’s Hot Sauce in the same mixing bowl and set aside.
  4. When the timer goes off, transfer the florets to the mixing bowl and coat them well with the sauce. Put the florets back in the basket and cook for 6 more minutes. Take them out when the timer goes off and add more Frank’s Hot Sauce if needed. Serve immediately with VEBA No Oil Ranch Dressing (recipe below), carrot and celery sticks.
