Ingredients

  • 2 small avocados or one large one
  • ⅔ cup Greek yogurt (plain)
  • 2 oz or one medium bunch of cilantro
  • 2 Tbsp of lime juice or 1 Tbsp apple cider vinegar + zest of 1 lime
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp garlic powder or 1 garlic clove minced (1 tsp)
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • ¼ cup water (to thin if necessary)

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients except the water into a food processor until smooth.
  2. Add more water for a thinner consistency.
  3. Use within a day.
