Ingredients

  • 2 tsp low sodium tamari
  • 1/2 tsp sesame oil
  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp pickled ginger (cut julienned or 2 tsp. finely grated ginger)
  • 1 Tbsp rice wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp maple syrup
  • 2 cups thinly sliced napa or savoy cabbage
  • 1/2 cup thinly sliced purple cabbage
  • 2 Tbsp Furikake seasoning (sesame seed and seaweed sprinkle)
  • 1/4 tsp wasabi paste (optional)

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the first 6 ingredients. Add in the cabbages and combine. Just before serving, add the Furikake seasoning.
