Join us at a VEBA Resource Center location or on Zoom for FREE classes to keep you moving, relaxed and healthy! The class calendar is updated on a monthly basis. Explore our offerings below!
If you would like to utilize the FREE childcare service at VRC – Kearny Mesa while you are on-site for a class, appointment, or while using our fitness center, please submit this request form at least 48 hours in advance.
Note: If you receive this message while the current day/week is selected on the calendar: “Sorry, nothing available here”, then please refresh your page. There may be an issue where classes aren’t displaying initially. Thank you for your patience while we look into this.
To register for a virtual class:
- You must register with an email associated to a Zoom account. If you do not have a Zoom account yet, sign up with one using your preferred email.
- Once you have registered for a virtual class, you must use the same email you registered with to access the class.
